Can I set an expiry date for a promotion?+

Yes. Every promotion has optional start and end dates and times. A Friday happy hour promotion can run from 17:00 to 19:00 every Friday automatically without you needing to turn it on and off manually.

What is a BOGO deal and how do I set one up?+

Buy One Get One (BOGO) means a customer gets a free item when they buy another. Create it in the promotions builder: select the qualifying item, select the free item, and set conditions. Veloci applies it automatically when the cart matches.

Can I see how much revenue a promotion cost me?+

Yes. The promotion analytics shows the discount total given, the number of redemptions, the gross revenue from those orders, and the net revenue after discount โ€” so you can judge whether a promotion was profitable.

Can I run a promotion on one channel only โ€” e.g. web orders only?+

Yes. When creating a promotion, restrict it to specific channels. A web-exclusive discount encourages customers to order direct rather than through an aggregator, saving you the commission difference.
