Do customers need an account to earn loyalty points?+

Customers need to provide a phone number or email to have a loyalty account, but this happens naturally during the first order. Subsequent orders are automatically recognised and points credited.

Can I run a double-points promotion?+

Yes. Create a loyalty promotion in the marketing dashboard: select "double points," set the date range, and Veloci applies 2x multiplier on all orders during that period automatically.

How do customers redeem rewards?+

When a customer reaches the reward threshold, they receive a promo code by SMS or push notification. They enter it at checkout on any channel for the discount or free item. Redemption is tracked automatically.

Can I see which loyalty members are most valuable?+

Yes. The loyalty analytics tab ranks members by lifetime value, total orders, and points balance. You can export this list to create VIP campaigns for your highest-value regulars.

Is there a cost per loyalty member?+

No per-member fee. Loyalty is included on Growth and above plans. The only "cost" is the value of the rewards you choose to offer — Veloci does not take any cut of your reward redemptions.
